Roger Baloucoune

For more than 26 years, Roger Baloucoune has helped numerous families, business owners and individuals pursue and achieve fiscal fitness. He was Vice president Financial Counseling with the Ayco Company, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs & Co.

His comprehensive financial counsel integrates income tax planning and preparation, estate planning, investment management, retirement planning, employee benefit and risk management. Roger believes that IntelliPlan Advisors’ high touch model combined with institutional support can benefit clients greatly.

Roger Baloucoune has experience working with senior executives including CEOs of public and private corporations covering all aspects of executive compensation. He has a B.S. degree in accounting and an MBA in finance from the College of St. Rose in Albany, N.Y. Roger is fluent in French, Spanish and Ouolof. He resides in Atlanta with his wife Maria and his two children Andrew and Olivia.
